quality framework that ensures the adoption of best
practices, established methodologies and the

integrated quality framework addresses the
requirements of ISO and BS 7799. A QTF (Quality Task
Force) is nominated for each LoB and is responsible
for process implementation and enhancement. The QTF
works closely with the LoBs in improving the quality
across the organization.

ensures that our customers will derive higher
productivity and better predictability from us
reducing the business risks.
